Remal Assawahel Contracting and Maintenance Co. Ltd. (RSCM) is a well establish contracting and maintenance company operating in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia since 1981.

Over the years, we embark many challenging projects in providing services and accumulated skills and experiences in the field of Operation & Maintenance, Renovation Works, Construction, Housekeeping, Hospitality, and Manpower Support Services. We successfully serviced a diverse set of clients that includes corporate, government institutions, commercial buildings, hospitals, malls, and restaurants etc.

Operation & Maintenance Services

 

Providing operation &maintenance services is one of our strength. We provide all aspects of building and engineering maintenance and repairs as per the requirements of our Clients. We provide Service Contracts for Multi-Storey Buildings, Shopping Complex, Commercial Premises, and Warehouse etc. .
We manage and perform excellent operation and maintenance services, site visits, attending to work order requests for routine, non-routine and emergency maintenance services. It is a comprehensive maintenance services in according with Service Level Agreement and Planned Maintenance Program. Depending on the preferred Contract requirements of our Client, we provide the required manpower, tools, equipment’s, consumables, spare parts, machineries, vehicles, communication and other support services in order to ensure the
complete satisfaction of our Client. 

We make sure that our works are implemented properly through documentation and assessment of our performance as per key standards, guidelines and safety procedures.
